Advantages of Registration

The firm can seek concession in Trademark Registration with govt fee reduced by  50 %  and can also seek recovery of money from its debtors with compound interest @ 3 times the bank rate , through mechanisam under MSME Act by filing MSME complaint.

Eligibility for MSME Registration

1. Micro Enterprise – Entity with an investment less than or equal to INR 25 lakhs in plant and machinery.
2. Small Enterprise – Entity with an investment of more than INR 25 lakhs but less than or equal to INR 5 crores in plant and machinery .
3. Medium Enterprise–Entity with investment more than INR 5 crores but less than or equal to INR 10 crores investment in plant and machinery.
