  1. Sale Deed/Conveyance Deed
    Sale Deed / Conveyance Deed determines ownership rights over the property in favour of the purchaser.  
  2. Gift Deed :
    Gift Deed can be executed for transfer movable or immovable property without any monetary consideration. It must be executed and registered on payment of fix stamp duty and registration charges .
  3. Transfer Deed 
    Transfer Deed is executed by a person who releases or relinquishes his share or claim in a property in favor of another co-owner in blood relation only. It is commonly used among legal heirs, joint property owners, or family members to settle property rights. No stamp duty is payable on the execution of transfer deed.
  4. General Power of Attorney
    General Power of Attorney is executed to authorize another person (Attorney/Agent) to act on their behalf for broad legal and financial matters. It is commonly used for property management, business transactions, banking, and legal proceedings.
  5. Will 
    Will can executed by any person in respect of his her acquired properties (movable and immovable assets) in favour of legal heirs. Post the death of the testator, the Will comes into force and the properties mentioned in the Will devolve upon legal heirs. No stamp duty is payable on the execution of Will.
  6. Trust Deed 
    Trust Deed is executed for creation of the trust, defining the rights, duties, and obligations of the settlor, trustees, and beneficiaries. Trusts can be created for charitable, religious, or private purposes and are governed by the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 or other relevant laws (for public trusts).
  7. Lease Deed 
    Lease Deed is a legal agreement between a Lessor and a Lessee for the use of immovable property (such as land, house, office, or commercial space) for a specific period in exchange for rent. It establishes the rights, duties, and obligations of both parties and helps prevent future disputes.
  8. Stamping of Foreign Power of Attorney Documents 
    When a Power of Attorney is executed outside India but needs to be used within India, it must be stamped as per the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 to make it legally valid. This process is known as "Stamping of Foreign Documents."
