Why legal due diligence or Title search  

Title Search before purchase of any immoveable assets, reveals the true ownership and defects in the title of property and eliminates the possibility of any potentional threat of litigation after possession. It is the settled law of let the buyer beware, which means the purchaser has to confirm for himself the defects in the property before purchase, because purchaser acquires from the seller the same title the seller is holding.
