Objects and Formation of Society

A Society is formed and constituted under Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act and Rules, 2012 Haryana or under Apartment and Ownership Act 1983  by any seven or more persons for achieving the  Objects such Resident Welfare, Charitable, Educational, Promotion of science, literature, or the fine arts & knowledge besides can also be formed for maintenance of public museums and galleries of paintings and other works of art, collections of natural history, mechanical and philosophical inventions.

Process of registration

1. Approval of the Name of the Society
2. Approval of Memorandum of Society
3. Approval of By-laws of the Society
4. Grant of Registration Certificate
